We had the honor of joining Ukraine’s largest educational festival — “Teachers of the Future 2025,” organized by Osvitoria and the !FEST Emotion Holding.

It was a truly large-scale, heartfelt, and courageous event that brought together over 2,500 participants, hosted more than 250 sessions, and became a meeting point for those who are already shaping the future of Ukrainian education.

The Child Rescue team took part in a panel discussion on a topic that is difficult to hear but impossible to stay silent about — child sexual abuse.

We spoke about what everyone working with children should know:

  • how to recognize signs of abuse,
  • how to respond appropriately,
  • how to talk to children without causing further trauma,
  • and how to support those who have already been harmed.

This was more than just a professional discussion — it was a step toward systemic change.
Because education should be not only a source of knowledge, but also a space of safety, support, and trust.
