Rules for distributing cartoons

We translate and adapt cartoons from our partner, the Barbara Sinatra Children's Center Foundation, for Ukrainian children. These cartoons are distributed through our website, YouTube channel, and social media platforms. We have also developed lessons for children and conduct training webinars for teachers. We would be grateful if you could share the link to these resources, particularly with parents and teachers.
When sharing the cartoons, please include the following in your message: "Cartoons adapted by the Children's Rescue Service." All cartoons can be found on our website, childrescue.com.ua, in the “Warnings” section, and on our YouTube channel. The goal of the Children’s Rescue Service is to protect children from sexual violence. IT IS PROHIBITED! Using these cartoons for commercial purposes violates the copyright of our organization, which has obtained the right to translate these cartoons. According to the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights,” a translation of an author's work is considered a derivative work, with the copyright belonging to the translator (in this case, the Children’s Rescue Service).
